Swag Plays Factorio S2 E51: Power Up, Efficiency Boost, and the Train Dilemma

In this episode of Swag Plays Factorio, I ramp up my solar power network by adding more solar cells and accumulators. I also optimize a couple of chemical plants for better efficiency. To ensure I have enough resources for the rocket launch, I check my inventory and plan a route to the nearest copper field. But here’s the twist: I need an electric train, so I have to rejigger my research queue. However, I leave the rocket silo research where it is—my top priority is to win the game ASAP. Will this decision to prioritize the rocket silo over an electric train be my undoing, or is it the key to my victory? Stay tuned to find out!

Factorio Update: Season 1, Episode 30 Live!

I’ve embedded up to episode 30 of Swag Plays Factorio Season 1 right here on Swagnilla Ice! I’ll be adding more next weekend, and potentially Monday or Tuesday. Just a heads-up that my work shifts (and ability to update) then are entirely dependent on good weather keeping the roads clear for our backfill trucks. I’m taking a break from embedding for today to prevent burnout, but if the road conditions aren’t good enough, I can then work to embed more videos here, so you won’t have to go look for them on YouTube.

Swag Plays Factorio S2 E49: Automating Rocket Control Units

Get ready for more Factorio action! In this episode of Swag Plays Factorio, watch Swag work his magic setting up automation for rocket control units. But that’s not all—when a sulfur shortage threatens progress, he innovates by creating a new sulfur production chain, utilizing all the extra wood he’s cultivating up north. Research still happens, but the real highlight is the build!

I’ve been lazy and tired…

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to apologize for the lack of new videos in the backlog lately. I’ve been feeling a bit lazy and tired after work, which has slowed down my content creation process. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

I’m working on getting back into the groove and will do my best to add more videos to the backlog soon. Thank you for your continued support!

Best,
